2. Return Request Instructions

We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with return instructions.
3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We do not provide prepaid return labels unless there was an error on our part.
4. Return Window
Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving return approval.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
5. Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved:

A replacement item will be sent to you, depending on your preference and item availability
6. Non-Returnable Items
